The following services are ‘off-the shelf’. Digital Viper prides itself on its flexibility to provide custom packages to bespoke requirements. Dependent on the requirement, services can be provided on-site, remotely (developing either by V.P.N. or on replica systems), by telephone or by video conference.

Digital Viper soon aims to offer remote support packages using Webex to resolve user’s issues on their own desktop.
